Tuition covers the cost of the Instruction and Conservatory expenses.  Tuition does not include the cost of instructional materials.   I understand that I may not begin lessons or classes until tuition fees are paid.

I, _____________________________, agree to pay tuition according the payment schedule below for ________________________________(student, if not named above)

Summer Session (7 lessons)

  • 30 min lessons -  $132.50

  • 45 min lessons - $193.75

  • 60 min lessons - $225

Full payment due at first lesson

I, __________________________, understand and agree to the following policies:

·         All lessons, classes, or workshops must be paid for whether or not the student attends them, as the teacher must be paid for his/her time.

·         The Conservatory does not require any teacher to make up student absences and no refund will be issued.

·         During inclement weather, all lessons and classes each day will be decided by the teacher and the Conservatory, NOT according to public school closings.  Bad weather policy is for the teacher to contact the student about scheduled lessons and classes.

·         Conservatory breaks are NOT necessarily scheduled according to public school breaks.  Check the Conservatory Calendar.

·         Any lessons, classes, or workshops missed by a teacher or missed due to bad weather or illness will be made up at a time mutually convenient to the teacher and student.

·         Students should notify the teacher at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE if they must miss a lesson for any reason.

·         Behavior problems will be grounds for dismissal.

·         Smoking, Alcohol, Weapons and Drugs (except those prescribed to the user by a physician) will not be allowed on Oconee Conservatory of Fine Arts property.

·         I understand that taking lessons at the Oconee Conservatory of Fine Arts requires commitment to practice regularly and to be on time and fully prepared for lessons.
