The Building

While the Conservatory building is sturdy, stable, and dry; we have
several projects to make sure we stay sturdy and dry.
Windows: The current window are in need of extensive repair. They need scraping & painting, glass replacement, and a few need sash replacement. The windows are, thankfully, not rotten, just neglected. We will be repairing them and adding storm windows as funding is secured. Click here to see pictures of our windows. Roof:
The roof needs to be replaced and gutter system repaired. The
small leaks around the attic vents have been repaired and we are not
currently taking on water. We will be looking to replace the roof
and gutter system in the next couple years. Click
